In order to uphold the high standards and reputation of Mom’s Biz Network there are certain specifications that must be used when listing your company and products/services. Firstly, when signing up to use the market place website you will be required to complete a Vendor Agreement This is to ensure complete transparency from both parties. Please see Vendor Agreement for more details.

With regard to the content uploaded to your MBN Webpage you agree the following:

• The images and descriptions you use are original representations of your products. We do not accept stock images, rendered images or images altered to reflect a different product. The only time we may accept stock images is for the representation of a service which is being provided.
• The images of your product must show the actual, finished product that the buyer will receive.
• For personalised or customised items you must have at least one image showing an actual finished item. Computer generated images may be accepted for variations.
• By submitting your product/services information you confirm that the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Act 28 of 2013 have been adhered to (this includes, but is not limited to, the Copyright Act, Patents Act, Trademarks Act and Design Act)
• All submitted images should comply with the following specifications:
  • 600px square
  • 300dpi resolution
  • Saved as jpeg or png
  • Only images no text
  • Use number of item, short description and price as file name
  • Complete form with full description

• Shop Banner must be the following:
  • 625px x 300px landscape
  • 300 dpi resolution
  • Saved as jpeg or png

• Logo format must be
  • 1:1 ratio ie square
  • 300 dpi
  • Saved as jpeg or png

Along with the standard of images and copy for your webpage you must consider the following:

1. Pricing Structure
2. Postage and Packaging
3. Refund Policy

This information will be needed to set up your webpage. Mom’s Biz Network have, on the website, a Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, T’s and C’s and any other relevant policies. Should you not have your own you will be expected to adhere to the MBN policies.
